　　1.First of all, say that you would like to apply.

　　首先要說你希望申請這份工作。

　　比如: I would like to apply for the position of marketing manager…

　　2.Then you say where you found out about the information about the job.

　　跟著就說你從哪里獲悉這份工作的.招聘信息。

　　比如，…which was advertised in Creative Jobs.

　　3.Say why you would like the job

　　表明你為什么喜歡這份工作。

　　比如, I have always wanted to work in a leading organisation like the BBC.

　　4.Say why you are qualified to do the job.

　　介紹一下你為什么具備了做這份工作的資格。

　　比如，I worked as the sub-editor of University News for two years.

　　5.Say you can provide more information if necessary.

　　告訴對方如果需要的話你可以提供進(jìn)一步信息資料。

　　比如，I would be delighted to provide more information should you require it.

　　6.Say when you would be available for interview.

　　告訴對方你什么時間有空參加面試。

　　比如，I will be available for an interview any time Monday and Tuesday next week.

　　申請信常用短語：

　　Your advertisement for a Network Maintenance Engineer in the April 10 Student Daily interested me because the position that you described sounds exactly like the kind of job I am seeking.

　　According to the advertisement, your position requires top university, Bachelor or above in Computer Science or equivalent field and proficient in Windows NT4.0 and LINUX System.
