英語(yǔ)作文書(shū)信格式

　　A 信頭(Heading)英語(yǔ)作文寫(xiě)信格式

　　英文書(shū)信通常由下列五個(gè)部門構(gòu)成:

　　信頭包羅寫(xiě)信人地點(diǎn)和寫(xiě)信日期,通常寫(xiě)在信箋的右上角。在比力熟識(shí)的朋儕之間的通訊,寫(xiě)信人的地點(diǎn)�？陕匀�。本課的信頭就只寫(xiě)了寫(xiě)信日期,而沒(méi)有寫(xiě)信人的地點(diǎn)。日期通常有下列兩種定法:

　　(a)月、日、年:如August 一五, 二零零__

　　(b)日、月、年:如一五th august, 二零零__

　　地點(diǎn)的寫(xiě)法通常是由小到大,如:門牌號(hào)、街道名、市(縣)名、省名、國(guó)名(郵政編碼通常寫(xiě)在都會(huì)名之后)。這同中文書(shū)信的'地點(diǎn)寫(xiě)法完全相反。地點(diǎn)可以寫(xiě)一~三行,日期寫(xiě)在地點(diǎn)的下方(見(jiàn)信箋款式)。

　　B 稱謂(Salutation)英語(yǔ)作文寫(xiě)信格式

　　稱謂指寫(xiě)信人對(duì)收信人的稱謂,如Dear Xiaojun,寫(xiě)在信頭的下方和信箋的右邊。稱謂一樣平常用Dear…或My dear…掃尾,稱謂后一樣平常用逗號(hào)。

　　地點(diǎn)要由小到大。

　　b.朋儕間的信函無(wú)需加上寫(xiě)信人地點(diǎn)和收信人地點(diǎn)。

　　c.稱謂語(yǔ)用Dear+姓(正式),Dear+名(朋儕間)。十分任意的函件可直呼其名。

　　d.末端語(yǔ)或竣事語(yǔ)可憑據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境用:

　　Looking forward to hearing from you.

　　Looking forward to seeing you.

　　(With)best wishes/regards!

　　All the best!

　　Good Luck!

　　Give my best wishes/regards to……!

　　e.題名也分正式與非正式兩種:英語(yǔ)作文寫(xiě)信格式

　　正式:“Yours sincerely,”、“Yours faithfully, ”或“Sincerely yours,”、“Faithfully yours. ”

　　非正式,朋儕間等:“Love, ”大概“Yours ever, ”

　　g.寫(xiě)信工夫可用月、日、年款式或年、月、日款式。

　　f.署名也視寫(xiě)信人與收信人的干系而定,一樣平常與稱謂同等。如稱謂用名,寫(xiě)信人的署名也用名。

　　The Broadcasting Station of Our School

　　There is a broadcasting station in our school. All kinds of programmes are broadcast here.
