give的含義及用法

　　1、當(dāng)give作為動詞時，意為給;交給;贈送;贈與;送給;(為某人)提供，供給，供應(yīng)。

　　例句：Give your mother the letter.

　　把信給你母親。

　　She gave her ticket to the woman at the check-in desk.

　　她把票遞給了登機手續(xù)服務(wù)處的女服務(wù)員。
