1.副詞的排列順序

need和dare既可用作情態(tài)動(dòng)詞,也可用作實(shí)義動(dòng)詞。用作情態(tài)動(dòng)詞時(shí),主要用于否定句和疑問(wèn)句。用作實(shí)義動(dòng)詞時(shí),可用于各種句式。
1、用作情態(tài)動(dòng)詞
Need I come? --Yes, you must. --我需要來(lái)嗎? --需要。 You neednt telephone him now.你現(xiàn)在不必打電話給他。
I dont think you need worry.我想你不必發(fā)愁。
She dare not go out alone at night.她晚上不敢一個(gè)人出去。
How dare you say Im unfair?你竟敢說(shuō)我不公平?
Not one of them dared mention this.他們誰(shuí)也不敢提這件事。
2、用作實(shí)義動(dòng)詞
You dont need to do it yourself.你不必親自做這件事。
We need to tell them the news.我們需要把這消息告訴他們。
The table needs painting (to be painted.).桌子需要油漆一下。
We should dare to give our own opinion.我們要敢于提出自己的觀點(diǎn)。
He did not dare (to) look up.他不敢抬頭看。
I dare day hell come again.我想他會(huì)再來(lái)的。(I dare say…為固定習(xí)語(yǔ))
二、情態(tài)動(dòng)詞后跟完完成這項(xiàng)工作的。
He isnt here. He must have missed the train.他還未到,一定是沒(méi)趕上火車(chē)。 Where can (could) he gone?他能到那里去了呢?

三、動(dòng)詞be(is,am,are)的用法
我(I)用am,你(you)用are,is跟著他(he)、她(she)、它(it)。單數(shù)名詞用is,復(fù)數(shù)名詞全用are。變否定,更容易,be后not加上去。變疑問(wèn),往前提,句末問(wèn)號(hào)莫丟棄。還有一條須注意,句首大寫(xiě)莫忘記。
四、 this,that和it用法
(1)this和that是指示代詞,it是人稱代詞。
(2)距離說(shuō)話人近的人或物用this,距離說(shuō)話人遠(yuǎn)的人或物用that。如:
This is a flower.這是一朵花。(近處)
That is a tree.那是一棵樹(shù)。(遠(yuǎn)處)
(3)放在一起的兩樣?xùn)|西,先說(shuō)this,后說(shuō)that。如:
This is a pen. That is a pencil.這是一支鋼筆。那是一支鉛筆。
(4)向別人介紹某人時(shí)說(shuō)This is…,不說(shuō)That is…。如:
This is Helen. Helen, this is Tom.這是海倫。海倫,這是湯姆。
(5)This is不能縮寫(xiě),而That is可以縮寫(xiě)。如:
This is a bike. That’s a car.這是一輛自行車(chē)。那是一輛轎車(chē)。
(6)打電話時(shí),介紹自己用this,詢問(wèn)對(duì)方用that。如:
—Hello! Is that Miss Green?喂,是格林小姐嗎?
—Yes, this is. Who’s that?是的,我是,你是誰(shuí)?
注意:雖然漢語(yǔ)中使用“我”和“你”,但英語(yǔ)中打電話時(shí)絕不可以說(shuō):I am…, Are you…?/Who are you?
(7)在回答this或that作主語(yǔ)的疑問(wèn)句時(shí),要用it代替this或that。如:
①—Is this a notebook?這是筆記本嗎?
—Yes, it is.是的,它是。

五、these和those用法
this, that, these和those是指示代詞,these是this的復(fù)數(shù)形式,指時(shí)間、距離較近的或下面要提到的人或事;those是that的復(fù)數(shù)形式,指時(shí)間、距離較遠(yuǎn)或前面已經(jīng)提到過(guò)的'人或事物。

動(dòng)名詞的作用
1、作主語(yǔ)
1)、 直接位于句首做主語(yǔ)。例如: Swimming is a good sport in summer.
2)、 用 it 作形式主語(yǔ),把動(dòng)名詞(真實(shí)主語(yǔ))置于句尾作后置主語(yǔ)。 動(dòng)名詞做主語(yǔ)時(shí),不太常用 it 作先行主語(yǔ),多見(jiàn)于某些形容詞及名詞之后。例如: It is no use telling him not to worry.
3)、動(dòng)名詞作主語(yǔ)與動(dòng)詞不定式作主語(yǔ)的比較:動(dòng)詞不定式和動(dòng)名詞都可以用作主語(yǔ)。在意義上相近。但動(dòng)名詞多用來(lái)表示泛指或抽象動(dòng)作,不定式多用來(lái)表示特指或具體動(dòng)作。比較: Smoking is not good for health. It is not good for you to smoke so much.
2、作表語(yǔ)
動(dòng)名詞作表語(yǔ)時(shí)句子主語(yǔ)常是表示無(wú)生命的事物的名詞或what引導(dǎo)的名詞性從句。表語(yǔ)動(dòng)名詞與主語(yǔ)通常是對(duì)等的關(guān)系,表示主語(yǔ)的內(nèi)容,主語(yǔ)、表語(yǔ)可互換位置。
Your task is cleaning the windows. 你的任務(wù)就是擦窗戶。(Cleaning the windows is your task.)
What I hate most is being laughed at. 我最痛恨的就是被別人嘲笑。 (Being laughed at is what I hate most.)
3、作定語(yǔ)
動(dòng)名詞作定語(yǔ)往往表示被修飾詞的某種用途。如: a washing machine=a machine for washing=a machine which is used for washing 。
4、作賓語(yǔ)
例:We are thinking of making a new plan for the next term. 我們正考慮為下學(xué)期制定新的計(jì)劃。
5、有些詞后只能接動(dòng)名詞 ,不能跟不定式。 allow;avoid; celebrate; consider; discontinue; dislike; enjoy; escape; excuse; explain; feel like; finish; forgive; can’t help; imagine; keep; it means;mind; miss; practice; prevent;等
6、另外還有一些接-ing形式的.常用短語(yǔ)。 spend money/time; think of, give up, put off, insist on, be good at, do well in, cant help, keep on, feel like, be tired (afraid, capable, fond) of, look forward to, be used to, devote oneself to, stick to, respond to, look forward to,
7、 有些詞后面加不定式和動(dòng)名詞均可,例如:remember, forget, try, stop, go on, stop,regret,, mean后面均可用不定式和-ing形式,但意義截然不容。 例: like doing sth 表經(jīng)常性動(dòng)作like to do sth表習(xí)慣性動(dòng)作;
stop doing sth,停止正在做的事情stop to do sth停下來(lái)做另外一件事; remember,forget,regret的不定時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)指后于謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的動(dòng)作,動(dòng)詞的ing形式則先于謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的動(dòng)作 remember to do/doing: ①I(mǎi) remembered to post the letters.(指未來(lái)/過(guò)去未來(lái)將要做的動(dòng)作) ②I remembered posting/having posted the letters.(我記得做過(guò)這個(gè)動(dòng)作)

解析:本題考查動(dòng)名詞的用法。Mind后跟動(dòng)名詞,表示“介意做某事”,不可以跟不定式。

誤區(qū)提醒

有時(shí)可將if省去,但要倒裝。如:

(2)混合時(shí)間條件句的用法:
有時(shí)條件從句的動(dòng)作和主句動(dòng)作發(fā)生的時(shí)間不一致。這時(shí)動(dòng)詞的形式,應(yīng)根據(jù)它所要表達(dá)的具體時(shí)間來(lái)決定用什么形式。

一、現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的構(gòu)成
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)由"be+現(xiàn)在分詞(v-ing)"構(gòu)成。be應(yīng)為助動(dòng)詞,一定不要漏掉喲!它應(yīng)與主語(yǔ)的人稱和數(shù)保持一致,即:I am/he/she/it 包括單數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞用is,you/we/they 包括復(fù)數(shù)名詞用are. ,F(xiàn)在分詞變化規(guī)則如下:
1.動(dòng)詞后直接+ ing(例:sleep+ing sleeping)

二、現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的應(yīng)用
A表示現(xiàn)在( 指說(shuō)話人說(shuō)話時(shí)) 正在發(fā)生的事情。 例:We are waiting for you.
B. 習(xí)慣進(jìn)行:表示長(zhǎng)期的或重復(fù)性的動(dòng)作,說(shuō)話時(shí)動(dòng)作未必正在進(jìn)行。 例:Mr. Green is writing another novel.
(說(shuō)話時(shí)并未在寫(xiě),只處于寫(xiě)作的狀態(tài)。) 例:She is learning piano under Mr. Smith.
C.已經(jīng)確定或安排好的將來(lái)活動(dòng)。

檢查有無(wú)謂語(yǔ)
有時(shí)看似有兩個(gè)句子,于是就選連詞,正好掉進(jìn)命題人設(shè)計(jì)的陷阱。事實(shí)上,有時(shí)貌似句子的“句子”卻沒(méi)有謂語(yǔ),其中的.動(dòng)詞只是一個(gè)非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞(多為分詞)。例如:
He wrote five novels, two of _________ translated into English.A. it B. them C. which D. that
【分析】此題很容易誤選答案C,以為后面是非限制性定語(yǔ)從句。事實(shí)上,translated是過(guò)去分詞,而不是謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞,后面不是句子,無(wú)需連詞,所以正確答案是B。若在translated前加上were,were translated就是謂語(yǔ),這時(shí)就選連詞which了。
查看有無(wú)連詞
若經(jīng)查實(shí),前后的確是兩個(gè)句子,就要看其中的一個(gè)分句是否已經(jīng)用了連詞。若已經(jīng)有連詞,一般不再用連詞;若還沒(méi)有用連詞,就一定要選連詞。例如:
If an excellent Chinese novel is translated into English, _________means many more people in the world can enjoy it.A. as B. which C. what D. that
【分析】因?yàn)榍熬湟呀?jīng)有連詞if,所以選答案D,that指前句所述內(nèi)容。若沒(méi)有if,就選B,which引導(dǎo)一個(gè)非限制性定語(yǔ)從句。
識(shí)別相似句型
有的句型十分相似,若不仔細(xì)分辨,明察秋毫,很容易出錯(cuò)。例如:

正確把握語(yǔ)境
有時(shí)孤立地看留空格的那個(gè)句子,好像多個(gè)答案都可以,但與上下句的意思聯(lián)系起來(lái),就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。因此,做題時(shí)一定要正確把握語(yǔ)境。例如:
I agree with most of what you said, but I don’t agree with _________.A. everything B. anything C. something D. nothing
【分析】此題很容易誤選B,因?yàn)檫@是個(gè)否定句。若選B,I don’t agree with anything.就等于I agree with nothing (of what you said),這就與前一分句的意思發(fā)生矛盾了。正確答案應(yīng)該是A。
分析邏輯關(guān)系
根據(jù)復(fù)合句和并列句的知識(shí),句子與句子之間有著不同的邏輯關(guān)系,或是從屬關(guān)系,或是并列關(guān)系。從句子的意義和邏輯關(guān)系來(lái)看,從句可表示時(shí)間、原因、條件、結(jié)果、目的、比較、方式等,句子之間還可以是限定關(guān)系、同位關(guān)系、并列關(guān)系、遞進(jìn)關(guān)系、讓步關(guān)系、轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)系等。分析句子之間的邏輯關(guān)系的主要依據(jù)是句意和上下文之間的邏輯。如:

【分析】根據(jù)句意,第二個(gè)分句表示遞進(jìn)關(guān)系,用Besides。故最佳答案為D。
排除錯(cuò)誤答案

【分析】從兩個(gè)分句之間的關(guān)系判斷,沒(méi)有因果關(guān)系,可先排除so that;由于第2個(gè)分句中不缺少句子成分,又排除了定語(yǔ)從句即選項(xiàng)A和C,只有B為最佳答案。fear之后的that引導(dǎo)同位語(yǔ)從句,對(duì)fear的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和說(shuō)明。

(一)詞 法
1. 名詞
(1)名詞的可數(shù)與不可數(shù)
可數(shù)名詞指表示的人或事物可以用數(shù)來(lái)計(jì)量,它有單數(shù)與復(fù)數(shù)兩種形式。不可數(shù)名詞指所表示的事物不能用數(shù)來(lái)計(jì)量。物質(zhì)名詞與抽象名詞一般無(wú)法用數(shù)目,來(lái)統(tǒng)計(jì),都成為不可數(shù)名詞。
不可數(shù)名詞前一般不能用冠詞a、an來(lái)表示數(shù)量,沒(méi)有復(fù)數(shù)形式。要表示“一個(gè)……”這一概念,就須加a piece of這一類(lèi)短語(yǔ)。要注意許多名詞在漢語(yǔ)里看來(lái)是可數(shù)名詞,在英語(yǔ)里卻不可數(shù)。如:chalk,paper,bread,rice,grass,news等。
(2)名詞復(fù)數(shù)的規(guī)則變化
A.一般情況下加-s。
B.以s, x, ch, sh, 結(jié)尾的加-es
C.以輔音字母加y結(jié)尾的改y為i再加-es
D.以f,fe結(jié)尾的,去掉f或fe,變成v再加-es
(3)名詞的所有格
A. 單數(shù)名詞詞尾加’s,復(fù)數(shù)名詞詞尾若沒(méi)有s,也要加’s。
如:the workers bike,the Children’ s ball
B. 表示幾個(gè)人共有一樣?xùn)|西,只需在最后一個(gè)人的名字后加’ s若表示各自所有,則需在各個(gè)名字后’ s。
如: This is Lucy and Licy’ s room.
These are Kates and jack’ s rooms.
C. 如果是通過(guò)在詞尾加—s構(gòu)成的復(fù)數(shù)形式的名詞,只加’。
如:the students’ books,the girls’ blouses
(另外:名詞+of+名詞名詞是有生命的,我們就用’s結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)表示所有關(guān)系。如果名詞所表示的事物是無(wú)生命的,我們就要用名詞+of+名詞的結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)表示所有關(guān)系。)
2. 代詞
人稱代詞,物主代詞,反身代詞,指示代詞,不定代詞
(1)人稱代詞
第一人稱單數(shù)
I me my mine myself
復(fù)數(shù) we us our ours ourselves
第二人稱
單數(shù) you you your yours yourself
復(fù)數(shù) you you your yours yourselves
第三人稱
單數(shù) he him his his himself
she her her hers herself
it it its its itself
復(fù)數(shù) they them their theirs themselves
(2)物主代詞
物主代詞的用法:形容詞性物主代詞后面一定要跟上一個(gè)名詞;
名詞性物主代詞可作主語(yǔ)、表語(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)。
(3)反身代詞
反身代詞的構(gòu)成分兩種:第一、二人稱反身代詞在形容詞性物主代詞后加上self或selves,第三人稱反身代詞在賓格代詞后加上self或selves.
反身代詞的用法:一種是作賓語(yǔ),由主語(yǔ)發(fā)出的動(dòng)作又回到動(dòng)作者本身。如:I enjoyed myself at the party. 另一種是作名詞或代詞的同位語(yǔ);用來(lái)加強(qiáng)語(yǔ)氣。如:I can do it myself.
(4)指示代詞
指示代詞的特殊用法:
(1)為了避免重復(fù),可用that,those代替前面提到過(guò)的'名詞,但是this,these不可以。
(2)this,that有時(shí)可代替句子或句子中的一部分。
(5)不定代詞
one,some,any,other,another,all,both,each,neither,many,much等
3. 冠詞
(1)不定冠詞an用在元音讀音開(kāi)頭(不是指元音字母)的詞前,其余用不定冠詞
(2)定冠詞的基本用法
A. 用在重新提到的人或事物前面。
B. 指談話雙方都知道的人或事物前面。
C. 用在單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞前面,表示某一類(lèi)人或事物。
(3)定冠詞的特殊用法
A. 用在世界上獨(dú)一無(wú)二的事物或方位名詞前。
B. 用在序數(shù)詞、形容詞的最高級(jí)及only所修飾的名詞前。
C. 用在江河、海洋、山脈、湖泊、群島的名稱前面。
D. 用在由普通名詞和另外一些詞所構(gòu)成的專有名詞前面。
E. 用在姓氏的復(fù)數(shù)形式前面,表示全家人或這一姓的夫婦二人。
F. 用在樂(lè)器名稱前。
G. 和某些形容詞連用,表示某一類(lèi)人或事物。
(4)名詞前不用冠詞的情況
A. 在專有名詞 (包括人名、地名、節(jié)日、月份、季節(jié)) 、物質(zhì)名詞和抽象名詞前—般不用冠詞。但在以Festival組成的民間節(jié)日前要加the。
B. 表示一類(lèi)人或事物的復(fù)數(shù)名詞前。
C. 名詞前有物主代詞、指示代詞、不定代詞或名詞所有格修飾時(shí),不用冠詞。
D. 三餐飯、球類(lèi)、棋類(lèi)、游戲名稱前一般不用冠詞。正在有些詞組中,有無(wú)冠詞含義不同。
(sit) at table就餐; sit at the table坐在桌邊
go to school去上學(xué);go to the school去那所學(xué)校;in hospital住院;in the hospital在那個(gè)醫(yī)院里
4. 數(shù)詞
(1)數(shù)字的表示
三位數(shù)數(shù)詞要在百位和十位(若無(wú)十位則和個(gè)位)之間加and。
1,000以上的數(shù)字,從后向前第三位數(shù)加一個(gè)“,”,第一個(gè)“,”前為thousand,第二個(gè)“,”前為million,第三個(gè)“,”前為billion。
(2)序數(shù)詞除了first,second,third外,其余都在基數(shù)詞尾加-th構(gòu)成。
(3)分?jǐn)?shù)分子在前,分母在后,分子用基數(shù)詞,分母用序數(shù)詞,當(dāng)分子大于1小時(shí),分母序數(shù)詞要變成復(fù)數(shù)。
(4)hundreds(thousands,millions)of……
5. 形容詞、副詞
(1)形容詞的位置
A. 形容詞作定語(yǔ)一般要放在名詞前面,但當(dāng)形容詞修飾不定代詞something,nothing,anything時(shí)要放在所修飾的不定代詞之后。如:something important,nothing serious。
B. 當(dāng)形容詞帶有表示度量的詞或詞組作定語(yǔ)或表語(yǔ)時(shí),定語(yǔ)或表語(yǔ)要后置。如:
We have dug a hole two meters deep.
The hole is about two metres deep.
(2)形容詞的比較等級(jí)
單音節(jié)詞和少數(shù)雙音節(jié)詞,在詞尾加—(e)r,—(e)st來(lái)構(gòu)成比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)。其他雙音節(jié)詞和多音節(jié)詞,在前面加more,most來(lái)構(gòu)成比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)。如:
popular———more popular———most popular
important—more important—most important
(3)副詞的比較等級(jí)
單音節(jié)副詞和個(gè)別雙音節(jié)副詞通過(guò)加-er,-est來(lái)構(gòu)成比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)。絕大多數(shù)副詞借助more,most來(lái)構(gòu)成比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)。
(4)少數(shù)形容詞和副詞比較級(jí)/最高級(jí)的不規(guī)則變化:
原級(jí) 比較級(jí) 最高級(jí)
well —— better —— best
badly —— worse —— worst
much —— more —— most

(5)副詞的最高級(jí)前面可以不加定冠詞the。

(1)表示時(shí)間的介詞及介詞短語(yǔ)
