　　媽媽教我先把青菜洗三遍，要一片片仔細地洗，否則不干凈會病從口入的。洗完以后切好。

　　終于到了炒菜的時候了。我迫不及待地把煤氣打開，先把鍋燒熱，然后倒入少許的油。我學媽媽的樣子，先把青菜梗放入鍋中，因為它不容易熟。菜梗炒熱了以后就可以放菜葉了，再不停地翻炒幾下。鍋鏟實在太不聽話了，我差點把菜鏟出鍋。菜葉熱了以后，我糊里糊涂的放了一勺鹽，真不知道是淡了還是咸了。最后快要裝盤的時候就放了些味精。一道綠油油的青菜終于做好了！
