　　Dogs

　　Dogs belong to the canine.

　　When a dog follows its nose, it's actually being led by thee key senses. Sight:a glimpse of the enemy saves them barking up the wrong tree. Sound: a bark can be a fierce threat, but it's also how canines make their long distance calls. Smell: this tells a dog more than all the other senses put together.

　　Inside its nose are around two hundred million smell sensitive cells, forty times more than in humans. Through them the dog's brain can pick up signals from one molecule of scent in a million. It gives the dog: a completely different picture of the world, based on what it smells, rather than what it sees.

　　Flowers are irrelevant to a dog. So their scent is meaningless. But food is a serious matter. What to us is an empty plate, is covered with the smell of chicken to a hungry dog.

　　狗屬于犬科勸物。

　　當(dāng)狗用鼻子嗅著前行時(shí)，實(shí)際上有三種感覺(jué)在起作用：視覺(jué)，瞥一眼就知道敵人在哪兒;聽(tīng)覺(jué)，犬吠有一種兇猛的威懾力，這也是犬科動(dòng)物閩相互嗅尋的方式;嗅覺(jué)，能給狗提供的'信息比其他感覺(jué)總和還多。

　　狗的鼻孔大約有2億左右的嗅覺(jué)細(xì)胞——比人多40倍。通過(guò)這些細(xì)胞，它的大腦能從100萬(wàn)個(gè)氣體分子中篩選出1個(gè)。根據(jù)所聞而不是所見(jiàn)的東西，展現(xiàn)給狗的是一個(gè)完全不同的畫面。

　　花對(duì)狗來(lái)講無(wú)足輕重，所以花香對(duì)狗無(wú)關(guān)緊要�？墒澄锸羌�大事，對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)空盤子，可對(duì)一只饑腸轆轆的狗來(lái)說(shuō)卻散發(fā)著雞肉的香味。

　　AHU saved my sister

　　My parents live in the country. They keep a dog called Ah Fu. One day my parents went to work in the fields taking my little sister and Ah Fu along. While they were wokring, my sister walked to a river nearby. Ah Fu followed her there. She was trying to pick a flower when she fell into the river. Ah Fu barked and jumped into the water immediately .  When my parents heard Ah Fu barking they ran to the river. They saw Ah Fu swimming towards the bank carrying my little sister. My parents praised Ah Fu warmly. It was our brave Ah Fu who had saved my little sister.

　　阿虎救了我的妹妹

　　我們父母住在鄉(xiāng)村。他們養(yǎng)了一只狗，名叫阿虎。有一天父母帶著妹妹和阿虎出去工作。父母一邊工作，我的妹妹就沿河行走。阿虎跟著她。她試圖撿起一朵花，但不幸落入了水中。阿虎狂叫著，并跳進(jìn)了河中。當(dāng)父母聽(tīng)見(jiàn)阿虎的叫聲后，他們跑到了河邊。他們看見(jiàn)阿虎正帶著妹妹游向岸邊。我的父母表?yè)P(yáng)了阿虎。我們的`阿虎真勇敢，救了我的妹妹。
