The period of high school stage is the preparation for college, all the students work hard in the purpose of the better future. In this stage, they hold the same target, fighting for the College Entrance Exam, especially in the third year, the sprint is very important. There are some suggestions for a better sprint. First, students should take a regular work schedule, it is very important to sleep in time, so that students can wake up early in the morning and then work with efficiency. Second is to keep the balanced diet. Students should pay attention to what they eat, the nutrition should be enough, so they can keep a better mind, thinking in a quick way. 高中階段是為大學(xué)做準(zhǔn)備的階段，所有的學(xué)生都努力學(xué)習(xí)，希望能有個(gè)好的將來(lái)。在這個(gè)階段，他們都有同樣的目標(biāo)，為了高考奮斗，特別是在第三年，沖刺是很重要的。為了更好的沖刺，一些建議被提出來(lái)。第一，學(xué)生應(yīng)該按時(shí)作息，按時(shí)睡覺(jué)很重要，這樣學(xué)生就能早點(diǎn)起來(lái)，同時(shí)也能有效率的學(xué)習(xí)。第二，保持平衡飲食。學(xué)生應(yīng)該注意他們吃的，營(yíng)養(yǎng)要充足，這樣能保持良好的精神狀態(tài)，思維運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)得快速。高中生活的最后一年肯定是很艱苦和乏味的，誰(shuí)能堅(jiān)持下來(lái)，誰(shuí)就能實(shí)現(xiàn)他們想要的。如果他們按照上面提到的建議做，他們的效率更高。
