　　Many classmates ask me about my plan for summer holiday. How I wish I could have a colorful and fruitful holiday, so I have decided to do a part-time job during the summer vacation. On the one hand, I can earn some pocket money by doing a part-time job. I can spend them freely, because they are earned by myself. On the other hand, I can accumulate some practical experience by doing a part-time job. They can’t be learned in the class or from text books. Besides, I will go over my study and do some preview. I don’t want to waste the summer holiday.

　　很多同學問我我的暑期計劃是什么。我很想度過一個豐富多彩又充實的暑假，所以我暑假期間我要去做一份兼職。一方面，我可以通過做兼職賺一些零花錢。我可以自由支配這些錢，因為這是我自己掙來的。另一方面，我也能在做兼職的過程中積累一些實踐經(jīng)驗。這些是在課堂上或者書本里學不到的.東西。另外，我也會兼顧我的學習，做些預習。我不想白白浪費掉暑假的時間。

　　Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned.

　　Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim.

　　In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away.

　　In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

　　My summer holiday begun on July 7th。I love summer holiday because I don't have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends。I often spend the mornings doing my homework。And I always watch TV in the afternoon at home because it's very hot outside。And in the evening，I go swimming with my family and then hang out with my friends。I love swimming very much。

　　My plan for August is travelling。I travel with my family every summer holiday。I like travelling because I can go to different places and meet different people。Sometimes I make good friends during the journey。And it's very sad to say goodbye to them when the journey ends。

　　我的暑假7月7日開始。我喜歡暑假，因為我不用去學校，可以和朋友玩。我經(jīng)常在上午做作業(yè)，下午在家看電視，因為外面很熱。傍晚，我和家人去游泳然后和朋友去逛街。我很喜歡游泳。

　　我八月份的計劃是去旅游。我每個暑假都和家人去旅游。我喜歡旅游是因為我可以去不同的地方認識不同的人。有時候我在旅途中交到了好朋友。旅途結(jié)束和他們告別的時候我覺得很難過。
