　　Chinese cuisine has a distinct flavour.And nearly every chinese including me can cook in some degree.Recently I had an experience of cooking egg with tomato.

　　First of all,I washed tomatoes.Then I cut them into pieces.Turning on the gas cooker,I poured in some oil .I needed to fry the eggs first.I broke two eggs and put them in the pot.Dishing up the eggs,I put the tomatoes into the pot and then there suddenly rose up a lot of lampblack.It filled the narrow room and started me coughing.I forgot to turn on the smoke exhauster!Then I mixed the tomatoes and eggs together,casting one and a half teaspoons in.Finally,I finished this dish.

　　When I put on the dish on the table ,I felt definitely happy for my own success.I had no doubt that it was the most delicious egg with tomato that I have ever eaten!

　　I really like to eat tomato scrambled eggs, but I cant make them.

　　This afternoon, I asked my mom to make tomato scrambled eggs for me, and I was watching from the side. Mom washed the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, and put them in a bowl. Then my mom took out three round eggs from the fridge, washed them clean, and I helped her crack them open to let the yolk and egg white flow into another bowl. I used a small spoon to put some salt into the bowl and mixed it evenly with chopsticks. Watching my mother start the fire and add some oil to the frying pan, the oil heated up in a moment. My mother poured the mixed eggs into the pan and stir fried them until they turned yellow. Then, she poured the tomatoes into the pan and stir fried them a few times, adding some chopped green onions. This way, the delicious tomato and egg stir fry is ready.

　　I finally learned how to stir fry eggs with tomatoes.
