　　篇一：

　　At ease, we fighting for preparation. Lunges strike (, wear throat play play, horizontal ticked, beat the "ma bu" or horse stance just look outside, staggered side kick, kick back swing, hook, turned around and don't arm, virtual step cut ribs, side stroke play fork elbow, rebound, lunges on palm, shangbu hit elbow, step to lift fork, block shot trip leg, waist lock throat! Ha ha ha, we practice, while playing in a mess, but very happy.

　　Very tired, but very happy, because I insist on a day again. Good night, my dear myself...

　　稍息，軍體拳，格斗準備。弓步沖拳、穿喉彈踢、馬步橫打、內搏下勾、交錯側踹、外格橫擊、反擊勾踢、轉身別臂、虛步砍肋、彈襠頂肘、反彈側擊、弓步靠掌、上步砸肘、赴步撩襠、擋擊絆腿、擊腰鎖喉!哈哈哈，軍體拳練習，雖然打得亂七八糟，可是很開心啊。

　　很累，但很幸福，因為我又堅持過了一天。晚安，親愛的自己……

　　第一次沒有午休的軍訓，在不讓脫外套和摘帽子的情況下，迎著熱烈的陽光出發(fā)，有幸品嘗到了何為汗流浹背，是真的在背上流啊!!!地震遺址，哎，著實好有危險感，似乎都要垮掉似的。門口站的軍人好威風誒，不過，他們好辛苦啊，大熱天的，穿那么多，還要一動不動，汗顏啊，以后不要隨便叫苦了!

　　洗衣服了，不知能否干，不管了，濕的也只能繼續(xù)穿了。給自己鼓鼓掌。晚安，親愛的自己，加油……
